You may return unused posters within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Posters must be in original, unused condition
• Returned in original packaging if possible
• No signs of damage, folds, or marks

Requesting a Return

To request a return, email us at support@artemisposters.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• Reason for return

We'll respond within 3 business days with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

• Refunds go to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged Merchandise

If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
